Our friends at The Gables are kicking off the Holiday season with Light Up The Gables on Black Friday and The Magic of The Gables on Small Business Saturday.
On Friday, November 29 WFMB & The Mix Radio will be promoting the event from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. There will be live music with Brian Steinhauer from 2pm to 4pm at Bunn Gourmet with drink specials and FREE hot chocolate by the fire pit. At 5pm there will be an official tree lighting ceremony of the iconic evergreens in The Gables Plaza with MV Taylor Brown from Neuhoff Media.
On Saturday, November 30 there will be a performance by The Springfield Youth Performing Group at Bunn Gourmet at 10am with FREE hot chocolate by the fire pit. Toy soldiers and elves will be present in various store locations offering specials, coupons, or small give-a-ways and great photo opportunities too.
This is another great opportunity to support local businesses during the Holidays.
